Also, that you can get an energy boost from drinking enough to stay hydrated.  I drink a large glass of water every morning when I wake up.  It is a real eye opener.  Thanks</content>

		<content type="html">Well said, Andrew.  I often tell people that your body fat percentage is only part of the story of your overall health.  This always segues into how strength training and improving one's diet will lower their body fat percentage without just focusing on the number itself.  It's also important to know the other numbers to complete your overall health report.  Blood pressure, weight, and a annual visit to their primary care physician are important.</content>
